Gas springs
Quality of the gas springs is certified by adherence to the standards ISO 9001:2000, ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14000 during their production. springs function is tested and guaranteed in temperature range from -30°C to +80°C. Each strut type must resist to 40,000 cycles of retraction and detraction during fatigue tests at temperature 20°C plus hundreds of tests at +90°C and -20°C. Following the tests, the uplift force must not drop by more than 12%. Protective layer avoids corrosion.
